ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

For Hawaiʻi.
For your next idea.

Additive manufacturing for homes, local businesses, designers, makers, and industry across Hawaiʻi. Bring the part you need, the product you’re developing, or the idea you want to hold.

DESIGN. PRINT. ITERATE.

DESIGN TO PHYSICAL

One process.
Many possibilities.

01

Product prototypes

Explore a new idea in three dimensions. Check form, fit, assembly, and handling before committing to a finished design.

02

Custom & replacement parts

Develop covers, knobs, adapters, brackets, and other non-critical parts around the things you already own or use.

03

Jigs, fixtures & tools

Make repeatable work easier with custom aids for assembly, positioning, inspection, and workshop organization.

04

Architectural & scale models

Bring buildings, spaces, landscapes, and presentation concepts into physical form for discussion and display.

05

Creative & custom products

Explore display pieces, personalized objects, props, organizers, and unusual forms that suit a specific person or place.

06

Small production runs

Discuss repeatable parts for a local business or a new product, with quantity, finish, material, and quality checks agreed up front.

07

Enclosures & mounts

Fit electronics, sensors, and other equipment into housings and mounts designed around the installation.

08

CAD & design preparation

Start from a model, a sketch, or a problem. Review geometry, clearances, wall thickness, orientation, and material needs.

THE RIGHT PROCESS FOR THE JOB

Fit comes first.
So do the requirements.

A part is more than a shape. Tell us about its loads, temperature, exposure, mating surfaces, and how many you need. Those details guide the design and manufacturing route.

Have a model? Start with a STEP or STL file. Have a problem instead? A sketch, photographs, and the critical dimensions are a useful starting point.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful details.

Do I need a finished CAD file?

No. An existing model helps, but a sketch, measurements, and a description of the problem can start a design discussion.

Is this only for engineering or electronics?

No. We welcome projects across Hawaiʻi: a custom object for home, a shop fixture, a design model, a creative piece, a product prototype, or a small batch for your business. We’ll help determine whether additive manufacturing fits the job.

What materials and quantities are available?

These depend on the requirements and confirmed manufacturing route. Contact us with the intended use and quantity before treating a design as production-ready.

LET’S MAKE SOMETHING USEFUL

What are you
working on?

Tell us what needs to connect, what needs to fit, or what needs to work better. We’ll start with the problem.
